Holt Anatomical’s Return and Replacement Policy

Return and Replacement Policy

Upon receipt of your purchase, please call or email Holt Anatomical if you are dissatisfied with your product.  After the customer’s return request is reviewed and accepted from Holt Anatomical, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to return any product within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible to arrange a pre-paid shipment for returns. Pre-paid shipments require a tracking number to be included with the Holt’s product invoice. The shipped product must be in the original condition and unused. Return the product in the original packing box that was received by customer from Holt’s shipping department. 

Special Order Products

Special Order Products that are custom made for customer are not refundable or returnable.

Restocking Fee

The customer will receives a Return Authorization Number for the returned product.  After the 10 day return policy, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to customer’s products returned between 10 to 30 days.  No returns are acceptable after 30 days.
